  Son todavía muy residuales las organizaciones que hacen un verdadero trabajo preventivo y formativo para poder enfrentar situaciones de agresividad.Las situaciones de agresividad se pueden dar en muchos programas de ayuda humanitaria y enfrentarse a situaciones o personas agresivas y violentas no es fácil, y siempre es peligroso, no solo en el aspecto emocional, sino también en el físico y más aún cuando no sabemos cómo reaccionar con respecto a un entorno que no es el habitual.Conocer las fases de la Curva de Agresividad e identificar el punto crítico en el cual poder intervenir, es fundamental para nuestra propia seguridad, para la continuidad del programa de ayuda y para ayudar a la persona. En este artículo se trata un tema de gran interés a la hora de poder prevenir y mitigar las actitudes violentas y agresivas que de manera directa o indirecta se producen en las personas más vulnerables que a veces desatan su ira hacia las personas cuidadoras que brindan un espacio de paz, seguridad y confianza en el cual a veces, canalizan todas las frustraciones acumuladas.

  Organizations that do real preventive and training work to face aggressivesituations are still very residual. Aggressive situations can occur in many humanitarian aid programs and dealing with aggressive or violent situations or people is not easy, and it is always dangerous, not only emotionally, but also physically and even more when we do not know how react with respect to an environment that is not usual. Knowing the phases of the Aggressiveness Curve and identifying the critical point in which to intervene is essential for our own safety, for the continuity of the aid program and for helping the person. This article deals with a topic of great interest when it comes to preventing and mitigating violent and aggressive attitudes that occur directly or indirectly in the most vulnerable people who sometimes unleash their anger towards caregivers who provide a space of peace, security and trust in which they sometimes channel all the accumulated frustrations.
