    En el presente trabajo abordaremos el estudio del régimen jurídico de la Sociedad Limitada Nueva Empresa (SLNE). Un tipo social creado en España para apoyar a las PYME. Analizaremos la denominación, el objeto social, los requisitos subjetivos para ser socio, la estructura orgánica, las modificaciones estatutarias.

    Cerraremos nuestro análisis con una disertación sobre la limitación de la autonomía de la voluntad en este tipo social. Haremos un repaso crítico de las principales disposiciones de la SLNE con objeto de adecuarlo lo mejor posible a las necesidades de la PYME.

    In this paper we will study the legal regime of the New Enterprise Limited Company (SLNE). A social type created in Spain to support SMEs. We will analyze the denomination, the social object, the subjective requirements to be a partner, the organizational structure and the statutory changes. We will close our analysis with a dissertation on the limitation of the autonomy of the will in this social type. We make a critical review of the main provisions of the SLNE in order to adapt it as best as possible to the needs of the SME.
