    Este asunto versa sobre una situación que desgraciadamente es habitual en el mundo del fútbol y especialmente en clubes más humildes. El hecho de firmar varios contratos a la vez, y que el primero de ellos sea el laboral y el segundo de derechos de imagen y no firmado con el club directamente, no significa que ambos acuerdos no sean parte de la misma relación contractual.

    This issue is about a situation that unfortunately is common in the world of football and especially in more humble clubs. The fact of signing several contracts at the same time, and that the first one is labor and the second one of image rights, does not mean that both agreements are not part of the same contractual relationship.
