    Se comenta la Sentencia de la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Galicia, 10/10/2019, relativa a la declaración de la nulidad del un despido de una trabajadora fija descontinua, tras considerar que no existía caducidad en la acción y por vulnerar el derecho a la garantía de indemnidad.
