    En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de la figura jurídica prohibida por el ordenamiento legal del esquirolaje, institución ilícita por su efecto negativo sobre la huelga, al vaciarla de contenido y de efectividad, anulando así el contenido esencial de la misma. Se realiza un estudio del esquirolaje desde su conceptuación hasta la diferente tipología del mismo, externo e interno, y especialmente, se analiza con detalle unas nuevas modalidades de esquirolaje: el tecnológico y el comercial u organizativo.

    In this work it is carried out an analysis of the figure prohibited by the legal order of strikebreaking, an illicit institution due to its negative effect on the strike, by emptying it of content and effectiveness, thus strikebreaking annuls its essential content. It is realized a study of the strikebreaking, from its conception to the different typology of the same, external and internal, and specifically, it is analyzed in detail the new modalities of strikebreaking: the technological and the commercial or organizational one.
