Resumen de Área do círculo e do quadrado, um recurso adaptado na perspectiva do bilinguismo

  The present article was developed in the discipline of Brazilian Sign Language, a compulsory curricular component of the Mathematics Licentiate course, established by Decree 5.626 / 2005. This Decree reaffirms the commitment to the inclusive education of deaf students and challenges educators to get to know LIBRAS, to interact and to develop the pedagogical activities in the common schools. In this sense, we will investigate the historical context that crosses the lives of the deaf, the norms that guide education and the use of pedagogical resources adapted in / or bilingual. With the help of such a resource, teachers will be able to teach the area of the square and the circle, with the mediation of LIBRAS interpreters or, itself, because the material accompanies DVD with the activity interpreted and the concrete resources for visualization and exemplification. Such a signalized and imagistic methodology shows the deduction of the mathematical formulas of area through cutouts, bringing meaning and potentiating the learning of both the deaf and the listeners, which reaffirms the citizen commitment with the deaf included.

  O presente artigo foi desenvolvido na disciplina de Língua Brasileira de Sinais, componente curricular obrigatório do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática, normatizado a partir do Decreto 5.626/2005. Tal Decreto reafirma o compromisso com a educação inclusiva de estudantes surdos e desafia os educadores a conhecer a LIBRAS, para interagir e desenvolver as atividades pedagógicas nas escolas comuns. Nesse sentido, investigar-se-á o contexto histórico que atravessa a vida dos surdos, as normativas que norteiam a educação e a utilização de recursos pedagógicos adaptados em/ou bilíngues. Com o auxílio de tal recurso, os professores poderão ensinar a área do quadrado e do círculo, com a mediação de intérpretes de LIBRAS ou, ele próprio, pois o material acompanha DVD com a atividade interpretada e os recursos concretos para visualização e exemplificação. Tal metodologia sinalizada e imagética mostra a dedução das fórmulas matemáticas de área através de recortes, trazendo significado e potencializando a aprendizagem tanto dos surdos como dos ouvintes, o que reafirma o compromisso cidadão com os surdos incluídos.
