Requerimientos y herramientas en la consideración y análisis del paisaje de la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco: un ejemplo de aplicación en el marco actual

    El trabajo que aquí se presenta parte de una descripción sucinta del territorio de la CAPV y un análisis escalar y temporal de la consideración y del reconocimiento del paisaje hasta la actualidad.

    A continuación muestra los instrumentos actuales para sistematizar la integración del paisaje en la ordenación territorial y las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas de las que dispone esta Comunidad para su tratamiento geográfico. Por último, desarrolla un ejemplo de aplicación de uno los contenidos exigidos en este nuevo marco normativo, la identificación de las Áreas de Especial Interés Paisajístico, unidades básicas de intervención en paisaje de las Áreas Funcionales. El objeto de análisis de este apartado es el AF de Igorre (Bizkaia) y el desarrollo se centra en las tipologías temáticas y el material cartográfico utilizado en cada uno de los criterios que determinan el carácter “de interés” y el mapa resultado de este proceso.

Egoera horretatik ondoren paisaiaren integrazioa lurralde antolakuntzan lortzeko Erkidegoak dituen tresnak aurkezten ditu eta tratamendu geografikoa egiteko dituen baliabide teknologikoak ere adierazten du. Azkenik, arau-esparru berriak eskatzen duen edukin baten adibidea aurkezten du, Paisaia-Interes Bereziko Eremuen identifikazioa, oinarrizko unitateak Eremu Funtzionaletako paisaiaren esku-hartzean. Atal honen analisi-objetua Igorreko EF da (Bizkaia) eta konkretuki “interes” izaera sailkatzearen erizpideetan erabilitako mota tematikoak, kartografia, eta prozesu horren ondorizko mapa.

    The work presented here derives from a brief territory description of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country and a scalar and temporal analysis of the consideration and recognition of the landscape to the present day. From this starting point, the current instruments to systematize the integration of the landscape into land-use planning will then be presented and the new technological tools available to the Community for geographic processing. Finally, an example will be developed of applying one of the contents required in this new regulatory framework, the identification of the Areas of Special Landscape Interest, basic landscape intervention units of the Functional Areas. The subject matter for analysis in this section is the FA of Igorre (Bizkaia) and the exhibition focuses on the thematic typologies and the cartographic material used in each one of the criteria that determine the character “of interest” and the map resulting from this process.
