Maestría en desarrollo cultural comunitario, sus aportes al desarrollo cultural de Las Tunas y Holguín de 2006 a 2018

    El presente trabajo es un acercamiento a cómo el programa de Maestría en Desarrollo Cultural Comunitario ha contribuido al desarrollo cultural en Las Tunas y Holguín en el período 2006 a 2018; esta sistematización se realiza teniendo en cuenta las experiencias obtenidas en cuatro ediciones desarrolladas en esta etapa, en que se incursionó en temáticas importantes, dando respuesta a las necesidades de los territorios de Las Tunas y Holguín, al mismo tiempo el proceso organizativo del programa garantizó la defensa de los maestrantes en el tiempo de duración de los créditos en un 97,12 %, otras acciones que han beneficiado el desarrollo cultural de ambos territorios, entre ellos, Jornadas Científico metodológicas, espacios de socialización de los resultados investigativos, publicaciones de libros y monográficos especiales con la participación de los maestrantes, graduados y tutores, encuentro de egresados, conferencias, talleres, simposios, seminarios en los que han participado intelectuales, artistas y profesores universitarios de otras regiones del país.

    Los profesores, tutores, maestrantes, graduados y colaboradores del programa han contribuido a preservar la memoria histórica cultural de ambos territorios, lo que ha sido reconocido por las instituciones y las comisiones de evaluación externa y acreditación que han evaluado la maestría en abril de 2015 y mayo de 2019 en esta última evaluación el programa obtuvo la categoría de excelencia El propósito esencial de este artículo es ofrecer una síntesis sobre los aportes de la maestría al desarrollo cultural de Las Tunas y Holguín.

    This paper is an approach to how the Master's program in Community Cultural Development has contributed to cultural development in Las Tunas and Holguín in the period 2006 to 2018; This systematization is carried out taking into account the experiences obtained in four editions developed at this stage, in which important topics were covered, responding to the needs of the territories of Las Tunas and Holguín. At the same time, the organizational process of the program guaranteed the defense of the teachers during the duration of the credits by 97.12 %, other actions that have benefited the cultural development of both territories, among them, methodological Scientific Conferences, spaces for the socialisation of research results, publications of books and special monographs with the participation of teachers, graduates and tutors, meetings of graduates, conferences, workshops, symposia, seminars in which intellectuals, artists and university professors from other regions of the country have participated.

    The program with its professors, tutors, teachers, graduates and collaborators have contributed to preserve the cultural historical memory of both territories, which has been recognized by the institutions and the external evaluation and accreditation commissions that evaluated the program in April 2015 and May 2019 in this last evaluation the program obtained the category of excellence. The essential purpose of this article is to offer a synthesis on the contributions of the master's program to the cultural development of Las Tunas and Holguín.
