Resumen de Vivienda y desarrollo urbano en Texcoco, Estado de México (2000-2015)

  Vivienda, y desarrollo urbano son indicadores que contribuyen a conocer de mejor manera la configuración del municipio, en este caso el de Texcoco, ubicado en el oriente del Estado de México. Significa ir construyendo información y datos estadísticos que permitan inferir y relacionar actividades en el territorio local, que contribuyan a la prospectiva social y que, contribuye al tema local y regional en el contexto de la competitividad de las zonas metropolitanas en su periferia. La vivienda, y el desarrollo urbano son indicadores de un perfil socioeconómico del ámbito local en un mundo global. Se trata de una investigación que permite conocer de mejor manera la relación de las dimensiones antes señaladas y que contribuyen al conocimiento particular de lo local, pero en el contexto regional y global de las grandes metrópolis del mundo. El método utilizado fue el deductivo, que consiste en tomar conclusiones generales para obtener explicaciones particulares. Texcoco presenta tendencia significativa de aumento de vivienda formal, pero también en crecimiento importante de la informalidad o irregularidad, a partir del anuncio original del nuevo aeropuerto en Texcoco, de las organizaciones políticas asentadas y de la modificación de un estilo de vida y organización social en el inicio de la segunda década del siglo XXI.

  Housing and urban development are dimensions that contribute to better understand the configuration of the municipality, in this case the Texcoco, located in the eastern part of the State of Mexico. It means building information and statistical data that allow us to infer and relate activities in the local territory that contribute to social foresight and that now with the urban, contributes to the local theme and regional context of the competitiveness of metropolitan areas on the periphery. Housing and urban development are indicators of a socio-economic profile at the local level in a global world. It is a work that allows us to better understand the relationship that maintains the aforementioned dimensions and that contribute to the particular knowledge of the local, but in the regional and global context of the great metropolis of the world. The method used in this research was the deductive method, which consists of taking general conclusions to obtain particular explanations. Texcoco has a significant tendency to increase formal housing, but also to a significant increase in informality or irregularity, as a result of the original announcement of the new airport in Texcoco, the political organizations established, and the modification of a lifestyle and social organization in the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century.
