  • Es cada vez más frecuente el discurso que avala el poder de los intangibles en la gestión empresarial. A este discurso se une la idea de que la empresa escuche e integre las peticiones que los stakeholders -partes interesadas- le realizan. Todo ello partiendo de que la empresa no es un ser aislado, sino que dentro de la comunidad además de ser un agente económico, tiene verdadera influencia en las condiciones sociales y medioambientales del lugar en el que opera tanto de manera directa como indirecta.Y ello por no hablar de su influencia en el respeto a los Derechos Humanos que la ONU cada vez exige con mejores instrumentos1.Resumen alternativo:Throughout the years it has become much more frequent the increasing importance of the intangibles -or soft areas- in the management of the companies. Related to this fact, it has become a must to hear and include in everyday matters, the petitions of the stakeholders in order to become a sustainable project that reports not only in economical matters but in social and environmental goals too. All of this rests in the idea that companies are not alone , furthermore they are active community (and global) agents, so united to ethics patterns they must be an active part of global development, helping and facing the global goals: climate change, respect of human rights and preserving decent labour conditions. All of this in order to reach a global development model that respects future generation's rights. In this direction respect United Nations resolutions is a matter of fact for the companies in the incoming years.
