  Este artículo analiza las transformaciones en el trabajo socioestatal con juventudes luego de la asunción de Mauricio Macri como presidente en Argentina. Se aborda en concreto el área nacional de juventud con el fin de explorar 1) el cambio en los perfiles de funcionarios y trabajadores, los modos de ingreso al Estado, los saberes y capitales que detentan y que legitiman su rol como servidores públicos, y 2) el diseño y la gestión de políticas públicas de juventudes en el área, los modos de trabajar, la trama de actores que se movilizan y sus principales figuras juveniles emergentes.

  This paper aims to analyze the transformations in the socio-state work with the youth after the appointment of Mauricio Macri as chief of State. The article is centered in the study of the youth national area in order to explore 1) the change of profile in officers and workers, the ways they join the State, the knowledge and capitals they hold and appeal to in order to legitimize their role as public servants, and 2) the design and management of the youth public policies in the area, the ways of working, the network of institutions and actors in motion and the main youth figures emerging from these institutions.
