    Una de las medidas que más controversias ha suscitado tras la crisis matrimonial ha sido la atribución del uso de la vivienda familiar. Muchos de los problemas que ha suscitado esta medida se deben a la indeterminación de la naturaleza jurídica del derecho atribuido y, consecuentemente, a la falta de un régimen jurídico que le resulte de aplicación. Considerándolo, como punto de partida, un derecho real de uso, este trabajo tiene como fin despejar las dudas que genera el pago de los gastos vinculados a la vivienda familiar que ha sido atribuida.

    One of the measures that most controversy has arisen after the marriage crisis has been the attribution of the use of family housing. Many of the problems that this measure has caused are due to the indeterminacy of the legal nature of the right attributed and, consequently, to the lack of a legal regime that is applicable to it. Considering it, as a starting point, as a real right of use, this work has the purpose of clearing the doubts generated by the payment of expenses related to the family home that has been attributed.
