    Tras establecer las fronteras del concepto de trabajador inmigrante irregular, este trabajo analiza su relevancia social en Italia. Se centra en la protección laboral y de seguridad social de tales trabajadores irregulares. La protección se valora principalmente desde el punto de vista del contrato de trabajo.

    After making the borders of the concept of irregular working immigrant, this study analizes its social relevance in Italy. It is focused on the employment and social security protection of such irregular employees. This protection is mainly assessed from the point of view of the contract of employment.
