    Este trabajo analiza las protecciones que el Derecho alemán del Trabajo otorga a los inmigrantes ilegales. También estudia las protecciones ancladas en el Derecho alemán de la Seguridad Social. Concluye indicando que resulta difícil la exigencia de los derechos, dado que la amenaza de la expulsión condiciona negativamente a los inmigrantes ilegales.

    This work analyses the protections German employment law gives to irregular immingrants. It also studies the protections linked to the German social security law. It concludes stating that the enforcement is difficult, given that the threat of the expulsion negatively determines the irregular immigrants.
