    Este trabajo propone una nueva línea teórica jurídica de corte psicoanalítica para explicar a través del estudio del origen del objeto del derecho el elemento primordial que contiene toda norma. Posibilitando resolver la controversia presentada entre juristas de la teoría tridimensional que refutan el objeto de estudio del derecho de la teoría pura del positivismo jurídico de Kelsen. La teoría tridimensional afirma que las normas son objetos ideales, puras formas vacías de contenido y nos recuerdan que toda construcción jurídica dogmática será un castillo de arena sino se puede apoyar en una teoría jurídica.

    This paper proposes a new legal theoretical line of psychoanalytic court to explain through the study of the origin of the object of the law the primary element that contains all norms. Enabling to resolve the controversy presented among jurists of three-dimensional theory that refute the object of study of the law of the pure theory of legal positivism of Kelsen. Threedimensional theory asserts that norms are ideal objects, pure empty forms of content and remind us that all dogmatic legal construction will be a sandcastle if it cannot be supported by a legal theory.
