Resumen de Tiempo y alteridad: enlaces para pensar la ley

  Kant es como un trueno, escribe Deleuze. Después siempre podemos hacernos los listos. Es con Kant que la conciencia moderna del tiempo recibe su estatuto filosófico. El tiempo deviene línea recta. Levinas reinscribe dicha conciencia temporal ya no en el plano de la razón especulativa sino de la relación ética que trae aparejada el encuentro con el Otro y en la idea de Infinito. Significante que se inscribe como aquello que no podemos abarcar (lo totalmente Otro), y que al no poder abarcar mantiene abierto al pensamiento. Rosenzweig, por su parte, propone una completa renovación del pensamiento que consiste en poder acceder al fenómeno fundamental de necesitar al otro “y lo que es lo mismo, en tomar en serio al tiempo”. A partir de los aportes que estas lecturas ofrecen, el presente trabajo pretende abordar la pregunta por la temporalidad y sus implicancias para el pensamiento jurídico, augurando allí la posibilidad del tono para una nueva juridicidad.

  Kant is like a thunder, Deleuze writes. Then we can always pretend to be wise. It is with Kant that the modern consciousness of time receives its philosophical charter. The time becomes a straight line. Levinas resets this notion of time no longer at the level of speculative reason but of the ethical relationship that brings the encounter with the Other and in the idea of Infinity. Signifier which is inscribed as that which we cannot cover (the totally Other), and that by not being able to cover remains open to the thought. Rosenzweig, for his part, proposes a complete renovation of the thought that is to be able to access to the fundamental phenomenon of needing the other, and what is the same, to take time seriously. From the contributions that these readings provide, the present work aims to address the question of temporality and its implications for legal thought, wishing there the possibility of the tone for a new legality.
