    El propósito de esta comunicación es caracterizar los comienzos de la publicación jaimista El Cruzado Español fundada en 1929, heredera ideológica del gran diario carlista El Correo Español. Primeramente, se reseñarán los intentos de paliar la no disponibilidad de un periódico en Castilla la Nueva por parte de la dirección de un inactivo jaimismo durante la década de 1920. A continuación, esta publicación de carácter doctrinario se estudiará en sus aspectos básicos: evolución formal y de contenidos, dirección y colaboradores; su visión y papel en la reorganización de la Comunión Católico-Monárquica en una etapa de transitoriedad política. Por último, se referenciarán a vuela pluma sus desencuentros en el marco de la nueva amalgama contrarrevolucionaria por el ingreso de íntegros y mellistas y el dilema sucesorio, que provocó su conocida declaración en rebeldía.

    The propose of this paper is to characterize the beginnings of the Jaimist publication El Cruzado Español founded in 1929, ideological heiress of the great Carlist newspaper El Correo Español. Firstly, it will be reviewed the attempts to alleviate the unavailability of a newspaper in Castilla la Nueva by the management of an inactive Jaimism during the 1920s will be outlined. This doctrinal publication will then be studied in its basic aspects: formal evolution and of contents, address and collaborators; his vision and role in the reorganization of the Catholic-Monarchical Communion in a stage of political transience.
