Derecho, salud y políticas públicas: el nuevo paradigma en salud mental y su impacto en las políticas de Estado

    El presente ensayo propone delinear el nuevo paradigma en salud mental, partiendo de la sanción de leyes especiales, Código Civil de la Nación, y Tratados internacionales a los que Argentina adhiere, en consonancia con los avances de la ciencia médica, con una visión práctica, procurando analizar su recepción en las políticas de Estado, recorriendo los pilares normativos de la nueva concepción, seleccionando doctrina relacionada.

    En esta tarea, hemos descubierto gran interés de la prensa en numerosos artículos periodísticos que dan cuenta que el tema esta instalado, que una sociedad mas inclusiva y permeable lo ha receptado, para así llegar a las políticas de Estado que incluyen en sus agendas la necesidad de cambios estructurales, los que se encuentran aún en un difícil camino de realización.

      This essay proposes to delineate the new paradigm in mental health, starting from the sanction of special laws, Civil Code of the Nation, and international treaties to which Argentina adheres, in consonance with the advances of medical science, with a practical vision, trying to analyze its reception in State policies, going through the normative pillars of the new conception, selecting related doctrine.

    In this task, we have discovered great interest of the press in numerous journalistic articles that show that the topic is installed, that a more inclusive and permeable society has received it, in order to reach the State policies that include in their agendas the need for structural changes those that are still in a difficult path of realization.
