Resumen de Los enemigos de la República: la serie litográfica de Ramón Puyol

Se trata de analizar la serie litográfica que el algecireño Ramón Puyol realizó a finales de 1936. En ella Puyol trata de representar las lacras de la sociedad. Nos referimos a las lacras de una sociedad dividida por la Guerra Civil (están realizadas después del alzamiento de las tropas nacionales), y desde la perspectiva de su militancia comunista (Puyol llegó a formar parte del órgano central del Partido Comunista de España). Esos males que minan la fuerza de la causa republicana aparecen representados por una serie de personajes en los que se mezcla la caricatura y el surrealismo y, desde el punto de vista de Puyol, se corresponden con El izquierdista, El pesimista, El rumor, El optimista, El espía, El derrotista, El bulista, El estratega y El acaparador.

It´s a question of analyzing the lithographic series that Ramon Puyol realized at the end of 1936. In the litographic series Puyol tries to represent the dregs of society. We refer to the blights of a society divided by the Civil war (they are realized after the elevation of the national troops), and from the perspective of his communist militancy (Puyol managed to form a part of the central organ of the Communist party of Spain). These males that mine the force of the republican principles turn out to be represented by a series of prominent figures in whom the cartoon and the surrealism is mixed and, from Puyol’s point of view, correspond with: the leftist, the pessimist, the rumor, the optimist, the spy, the defeatist, the lier, the strategist and the monopolizer.
