    El derecho moderno, al menos desde una perspectiva científica, debe tender a una regulación global, a una regulación que contemple el interés jurídico protegido desde diferentes ángulos, que consiga complementar diferentes esferas, diferentes áreas jurídicas a fin de dar la protección adecuada a un bien jurídico determinado. La determinación del bien jurídico protegido es esencial a este efecto. Su materialidad o inmaterialidad. Su existencia separada o no del soporte a través del cual lo percibimos. Los distintos valores en los que se sustenta la protección jurídica que, de manera habitual, confluyen en un mismo sujeto de derecho, persona física o jurídica, o en un mismo objeto material o soporte físico. También, en ocasiones, el derecho digno de protección existe con independencia de la persona o el bien. En estos casos hablamos de derechos inmateriales o intangibles. Todo este cóctel jurídico, que supone la unión entre distintas parcelas jurídicas, debe confluir sobre el entramado de personas, bienes y derechos en busca de una protección plena. Olvidar alguna de sus aristas, traerá como consecuencia una parcial e ineficaz protección del bien jurídico protegido

    The modern Law, from a scientific perspective at least, should serve to a global regulation, to a regulation that address the juridical interest protected from different angles, that get the complementation of different fields, different juridical areas in order to give the correct protection to a determinate juridical asset. The determination of the protected juridical asset is essential. Its materiality or immateriality. Its separated existence or not of the support through which we can perceive it. The different values regarding to the underpinning juridical protection that, of usual way, join in the same subject of law, natural or legal person, or in the same material object or physical support. Sometimes the law worth of protection, also exist regardless of the person or the legal asset. In both cases we talk of immaterial law or intangible All of this juridical cocktail, that it looks the union between different legal parcels, must come together regarding the network of people, assets and right looking for a complete protection. Forgetting some aspects, will result a partial and inefficient protection of the protected juridical asset
