Information retrieval systems offer consultation mechanisms mainly built on the concepts of key-words an thesaurus.
This characteristics can be explained by the lack of " a priori specifications " of the hadled information structure.
After a presentation of the system, built on the previous principle, we analyse its insuffiiencies and propose a process which permits an a posteriori structuring.
According to his needs, the administrator can partially structure the textual database, to formulte more complex queries.
The originallity of this approach lies in the fac that it assumes a cooperation between the textual database and classical factual database, wich illustrated by a prototype.
