  • Publications purchasing is the main resource of a library. But, usually, the purchaising request are applied by different departments, thus, those applications must be approved and opened in a whole by the librarians after cheking copy. Then, by using the information of stactistics to enhance the examination and claim, the publications purchasing can be certifiedly executed.
