In this paper we present some mangement algorithms for an hybrid mapping cache memory (H.M.).
The H.M. is built by grouping two different mapping cache memories, one direct mapping cache memory (D.M.) and a fully associative mapping cache memory (F.S.M.), which has a much smaller size than the D.M. cache.
The goal of the management algoritms (M.A.) developed is to increase the H.M. performance over the same H. M. memory performance being managed with algorithms that do not modify its behavior depending on the program necessities. The results obtained with these M.A. are compared at the end of the paper.
