  • Resumen
    • This paper presents an overview of the Ogham distirbuted operating system, designed to allow a collection or microcomputer to be used as a distributed computing facility. Ogham is based on the object model, with all objects accessed in a location independent fashion using a specilised communiction service. Resource managers are realised as proccesses free to migrate thoughout the system. Ogham is currently serving as a testbed for further research on distributed systems.
