  • The author, after reviewing the problems connected to the provision of the pilotage service, within technical-nautical services, examines the contents of the pilotage contract, also in light of the amendments to the Navigation Code introduced by Law No. 230 of December 1, 2016, with particular attention to the liability of the pilot and of the shipowner, to insurance and to the provided limits of liability.
