El presente trabajo aborda el estudio de la influencia de la institución de la Inspección de Trabajo en los inicios de la protección social en relación con la "cuestión social" en España y de sus problemas. A estos efectos tuvieron especial relevancia las Juntas locales de reformas sociales, aunque el gran trabajo de los inspectores de trabajo convertirá la relación entre patronos y obreros en un verdadero derecho laboral entendido como conjunto coherente de principios y normas.

The present work addresses for the first time the study of the influence of the institution of the Inspection of the Labour at the beginning of compliance with social protection in relation to the social issue in Spain and their problems to make them effective because of the local Social Reform Boards, although the great work of the labor inspectors, it will convert the relationship between employers and workers into a true workers right understood as a coherent set of principles and norms.
