    El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar un pleito bajomedieval en torno a dos ferrerías situadas en Artikutza, Goizueta (Navarra). El litigio, motivado por el incumplimiento de un contrato para la explotación de unas minas, permite entrever el mundo ferrón, la conflictividad que surgió en torno a la industria siderúrgica en Navarra por el control de los recursos naturales y otras cuestiones, como las fases del procedimiento judicial que seguía un pleito ante la Cámara de Comptos en el siglo XV. El pleito también muestra un incipiente mundo proletario y la importancia socio-económica que adquirieron las ferrerías en el Norte de Navarra en época bajomedieval.

    Lan honen xedea da aztertzea Behe Erdi Aroko auzi bat, Artikutzako eta Goizuetako (Nafarroa) bi burdinolaren ingurukoa. Meatze batzuk ustiatzeko kontratua bete ez izanak eragindako auzi honek gerturatzen gaitu olagizonen mundura, Nafarroako industria siderurgikoan baliabide naturalen kontrola zela-eta sortu zen gatazkara eta bestelako gai batzuetara, hala nola XV. mendean Kontuen Ganberan auzi batek izaten zituen prozedura judizialeko faseetara. Auziak langile-mundu hasi berri bat eta Nafarroa iparraldeko burdinolek Behe Erdi Aroan izan zuten garrantzi sozio-ekonomikoa ere islatzen ditu.

    The objective of this work is to analyze a medieval lawsuit around two ironworks located in Artikutza, Goizueta (Navarre). The lawsuit, motivated by the breach of a contract for the exploitation of some mines, lets us see the iron industry world, the conflicts that arose arond this industry in Navarre for the control of natural resources and other issuees, such as the phases of the judicial proceeding following a lawsuit before the Cámara de Comptos in the fiftheenth century. The lawsuit also shows an incipient proletarian world and the socio-economic importance that the ironworks acquired in the North of Navarre in the late medieval period.
