  Целью предлагаемого исследования является описание особенностей языковой репрезентации концептуального пространства сотрудничество как ценностного приоритета в отношениях субъектов трудовой деятельности в истории русской лингвокультуры. Наш анализ лексического и фразеологического материала семантической эволюции концептуального пространства сотрудничество показал устойчивость позитивной оценочности и приоритетности идей общности и взаимопомощи в истории русской лингвокультуры. В результате изучения языковых фактов делается вывод об ориентации на сотрудничество-взаимопомощь как средство достижения гармонии в межличностных отношениях.

  The main purpose of the paper is to reveal the characteristics and specific features of linguistic representation of competition / cooperation as value priorities in the relations of subjects of labor activity (“working practice”) in the history of Russian language. Elements of working practice such as cooperation and mutual aid are considered to have the attributes of nominative density, meaning that they are brought up and developed by human linguistic consciousness. Our analysis of the semantic evolution of the Russian lexicon relating to the cooperation has uncovered certain value-laden connotations – reoccurring in the meanings of a number of Russian words and phraseological units. The research has uncovered that the orientation towards cooperation-mutual aid as the means of achieving harmony in interpersonal relations is more relevant.
