    En el presente escrito se hace un análisis de las sentencias 46/2018, de 26 de abril, y 47/2018, de 26 de abril, dictadas por el Tribunal Constitucional.

    Las sentencias fueron dictadas en el marco de los acontecimientos jurídicos y políticos que ocurrieron en el año 2017 en la comunidad autónoma de Cataluña. El Tribunal Constitucional delimita con precisión la función de calificación de las Mesas de las Cámaras. El análisis se inicia con los antecedentes de las sentencias, continúa con el comentario y termina con las conclusiones.
