  Analizamos la reciente doctrina jurisprudencial sobre el control del trabajador mediante grabación o videovigilancia, tanto sin ser informado por el empresario como los supuestos en los que se informa al trabajador por la propia empresa. Con dicha finalidad partimos de la doctrina de la Gran Sala del TEDH (López Ribalda II) hasta llegar a las sentencias nacionales.

  We analyse the recent jurisprudential doctrine about the control of the employee through recording or video monitoring, without being informed by the employer as well as in the cases in witch it is informed the employee by the own business. With such objective, we depart from the doctrine of the Grand Chamber of the ECHR (López Ribalda II) until t o come to the national judgments.
