    El presente artículo tiene como objeto reflexionar sobre la influencia que tuvo la Constitución española de 1812 sobre el término nación y su relación con el concepto de soberanía, así como el tratamiento de los derechos y libertades reconocidos en dicha Constitución.     The purpose of this article is to reflect on the influence that the Spanish Constitu well as the treatment of the rights and freedoms recognized in said Constitution.
