  • The article discusses the life and works of the American artist and sculptor Matthew Angelo Harrison. The article mentions that his sculptures are haunted by the legacy of colonialism and transatlantic slavery, as they explore modern technology and contemporary African American culture. It discusses that is works were featured in "Landlord Colors: On Art, Economy, and Materiality" at the Cranbrook Museum of Art in Detroit, Michigan.
