    La forma de abordar la realidad y generar conocimiento actualmente es distinta a las aplicadas en épocas anteriores; es por ello que el objetivo del presente artículo consistió en analizar los elementos cambiantes en las estructuras organizativas enmarcados en los sistemas complejos, abordando el estudio desde la perspectiva interpretativa con el uso del método hermenéutico en contexto teórico, documental. Concluyendo que los métodos de investigación requieren adaptarse a esta nueva realidad para la producción de conocimientos. La complejidad juega un papel importante dentro los sistemas organizacionales y del entorno en general, planteando la necesidad de revisión en la forma de pensar y enfrentar esta nueva realidad compleja, llena de incertidumbre y caos organizacional.

    The way of approaching reality and generate knowledge is now different from those applied in the past ; It is why the aim of this paper was to analyze the changing elements in organizational structures framed in complex systems , addressing the study from the interpretive perspective with the use of hermeneutical method in theory , documentary context. It is concluding that the research methods require adaptation to this new reality for knowledge production. The complexity plays an important role in organizational systems and the environment in general, raising the need for revision in the way of thinking and actually faces this new complex, full of uncertainty and organizational chaos.
