Resumen de TGS Systems: la prevención y gestión de riesgos en una pyme

  Este caso describe cómo previene y gestiona los riesgos una pyme. Para ello, se aplica el método del caso a la empresa TGS Systems, dedicada al sector de los sistemas de seguridad. Mediante el método de la entrevista realizada al gerente y a la responsable de riesgos laborales, se analiza la temática de los riesgos. Posteriormente, se formula una propuesta de modelo para la prevención y gestión de riesgos y se contrasta con la realidad de la empresa.

  This case describes how to prevent and manage risks in a small firm. To this end, the case method is applied to the TGS Systems company, dedicated to the security systems. Through the method of the interview made to the manager and the person responsible for employee risks, the subject matter of the risks is analyzed. Subsequently, a model is proposed for the prevention and management of risks and this is compared with the reality of the company.
