Resumen de Smart city: Visión futurista del sociedad del conocimiento en el departamento Sucre-Colombia

  Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar Smart City como estrategia de visión futurista de la sociedad del conocimiento del departamento Sucre-Colombia. Este artículo se encuentra centrado teóricamente en los conceptos de Núñez (2011), Godet y Durance (2011), Rodríguez y Cordero (2007), López y Correa (2007), entre otros. Metodológicamente se basa en un paradigma científico-positivista, de tipo descriptivo con un diseño no experimental, transversal, campo. La población estuvo conformada por (22) sujetos con las siguientes características: activos en los sectores universitario, empresarial y político en el Departamento de SucreColombia. Entre los resultados se concluyó que existe debilidades en el conocimiento de las universidades, empresas y gobierno en el desarrollo completo de las características y categorización de Smart City, los cuales son fundamentales para sé de la sostenibilidad y crecimiento de esas ciudades dotadas de tecnología para solventar las situaciones de las comunidades.

  This article aims to analyze Smart City as a strategy of futuristic vision of the knowledge society at the department of Sucre, Colombia. It is theoretically centered on the concepts of Nunez (2011), Godet and Durance (2011), Rodriguez and Lamb (2007), Lopez and Correa (2007), among others. Methodologically it is based on the positivist scientific paradigm, descriptive type with a non-experimental, cross-sectional field design. The population consisted of 22 subjects with the following characteristics: active in the academic, business and political sectors in the department of Sucre, Colombia. Among the results it was concluded that there are weaknesses in the knowledge of universities, businesses and government in the full development of the characteristics and categorization of Smart City, which are essential to know the sustainability and growth of these cities boasting technology to solve situations of communities.
