Resumen de Evolución del registro sedimentario de la Cuenca del Río Magro (Provincia de Valencia)

• In the miocene sedimentary record of the Rio Magro basin (Valencia) can be divided in twosections. The lower one (Upper Cretaceous - Middle Aragonian) was formed in several smalltectonically active rift basins. The sediments of the upper section (Middle Aragonian - UpperMiocene) are organized in a system of basinward prograding lacustrine carbonates and alluvialclastic wedges related with the Buhol-Sieteaguas-Requena thrust unit.
