Prácticas Inclusivas e Interculturales destinadas al Alumnado recién llegado de otros Países a Cataluña

    En este artículo se presentarán fragmentos acerca de una investigación sobre prácticas educativas en relación con la Educación Inclusiva e Intercultural. Concretamente, el objetivo de la investigación es identificar y comparar las prácticas inclusivas e interculturales de dos centros: un Centro de Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP) y una Comunidad de Aprendizaje de Infantil y Primaria. Ambos están ubicados en una pequeña localidad de la Provincia de Barcelona. De acuerdo con el propósito mencionado, se tratará de poner de relieve la comparativa entre los dos centros, en los que se aplican prácticas inclusivas e interculturales con el alumnado recién llegado de otros países. La metodología que se utilizó fue la descriptiva-comprensiva y llevada a la práctica desde una perspectiva etnográfica mediante dos técnicas de recogida de información en los centros: entrevistas por un lado y análisis de los documentos oficiales por otro. Se han obtenido unos resultados significativos, dado que la Comunidad de Aprendizaje destaca por el tipo de educación inclusiva que emplea, mientras que, en cambio, la otra escuela no sigue ninguna metodología ni intervención en especial, lo que refleja la carencia de prácticas inclusivas e interculturales.

    In this article, fragments about an investigation of educational practices in relation to Inclusive and Intercultural Education will be presented. Specifically, the objective of the research is to identify and compare the inclusive and intercultural practices of two centers: a Center for Infant and Primary Education (CEIP) and a Community for Infant and Primary Learning. Both are located in a small town in the Province of Barcelona. In accordance with the aforementioned purpose, an attempt will be made to highlight the comparison between the two centers, in which inclusive and intercultural practices are applied with newly arrived students from other countries. The methodology that was used was descriptive-comprehensive and put into practice from an ethnographic perspective through two information collection techniques in the centers: interviews on the one hand and analysis of official documents on the other. Significant results have been obtained, given that the Learning Community stands out for the type of inclusive education it employs, while, on the other hand, the other school does not follow any methodology or intervention in particular, reflecting the lack of inclusive practices and intercultural.
