  • The Administrative Procedure Code introduces the principle for proportionality as guarantee for protection of the rights and lawful interests of the citizens in the proceedings of administrative character. The article reviews the specific expression of this principle under the Code as it also draws attention to the up-to date case-law. The purpose of the analysis is to introduce possible solutions of the problems in the law enforcement.
