Resumen de Competencias didácticas-pedagógicas del docente, en la transformación del estudiante universitario

  El presente estudio pretende “analizar los criterios y fundamentos de las competencias didácticas - pedagógicas del docente, en la transformación del estudiante universitario”. Se sustenta en los aportes teóricos de Vasco (2011), Serrano (2013), (Duque et al, 2013), Padilla y López (2013), ( Morales et al, 2013), (León et al, 2014), González y Malagón (2015). Se analiza la forma de orientación a los estudiantes para conseguir la transformación de la información con autonomía y responsabilidad. Es un trabajo teórico, la información se obtuvo mediante la revisión de textos, artículos, tesis apoyándose en la técnica análisis de los contenidos. Finalmente se presentan las competencias conceptuales, procedimentales y actitudinales del docente, en tres momentos:

  planificación, supervisión y valoración.

  The present study aims to "analyze the criteria and fundamentals of the didactic - pedagogical competences of the teacher, in the transformation of the university student". It is based on the theoretical contributions of Vasco (2011), Serrano (2013), (Duque et al, 2013), Padilla and López (2013), (Morales et al, 2013), (León et al, 2014), González and Malagón (2015). The form of orientation to the students to the transformation of the information with autonomy and responsibility is analyzed. It is a theoretical work, the information was obtained through the revision of texts, articles, thesis based on the technique of content analysis. Finally, the conceptual, procedural and attitudinal competences of the teacher are presented in three moments: planning, supervision and evaluation.
