Consideraciones microeconómicas sobre el papel del estado en la economía de mercado

    La economía actual, es el resultado de la evolución de distintas instituciones del pasado. Con base a que tanto el estado como el mercado son instituciones imperfectas, plantear una relación entre ambas instituciones no es tarea nada fácil. La idealización tanto de uno como del otro, ha llevado a pedirles más de lo que individualmente pueden ofrecer; originándose en consecuencia, un enfrentamiento entre ambas instituciones el cual ha sido objeto de estudio por décadas en la investigación económica. El objetivo de la presente investigación es presentar un ensayo desde el punto de vista microeconómico sobre el papel que tiene el estado en una economía de mercado. Se realiza una investigación enfocada en el paradigma fenomenológico interpretativo, cualitativo y documental, cuyo principal objetivo es la descripción de las cualidades que caracterizan el fenómeno objeto de estudio. A manera de conclusión: El mercado y el estado son categorías interrelacionadas que se requieren mutuamente, independientemente del sistema económico prevaleciente.

    El estado requiere al mercado para garantizar la circulación y la acumulación; esencial para el funcionamiento del estado. El mercado requiere al estado, por ser éste último el facilitador y regulador de primera y última instancia, tanto en períodos de bonanza como de crisis. En suma, una sociedad eficiente y humana requiere de las dos mitades del sistema económico: el Estado y el Mercado.

    The actual economy is the evolution of the many different institutions of the past. How the state and the market are imperfect institutions, try to establish a relation between both establishments is very difficult. The conception of greatly to be important more than every each to be able to offer is cause of conflict among both institutions, it’s aim of study by many decades in the economics investigation. In this reason, the objective of this paper is to exhibit to view an assay about the role of the state in the economy of market from microeconomic view point. The research was focused in the qualitative paradigm, phenomenology interpretative and documental design. In these studies, there is a description of the qualities of the phenomenon into investigation. In conclusion, the state and market are conditions with relationship independently of the economics prevalent systems. The state needs the market for to warrant the movement and accumulation, and the market needs the state in such a manner to make easy and controller the economy in good times how in bad times. An efficient human society needs both a half of the economics system: The State and The Market.
