    Con la llegada de refugiados a Europa en los últimos tiempos, otras historias sobre exilio, guerra, prisiones o tortura se hacen visibles. Estas historias hacen necesario un replanteamiento de las memorias nacionales a la vez que construyen nuevas narrativas en el campo de la literatura. Nos interrogamos por cómo dialogan memorias alejadas en el tiempo y en el espacio tomando como ejemplo la novela Brief in die Auberginenrepublik (2013) del autor Abbas Khider. A través de los conceptos de dialogisches Erinnern de Aleida Assmann y multidirectional memory de Michael Rothberg analizaremos cómo Khider replantea, redefine y ofrece alternativas a las figuras del perpetrador y de la víctima y sus discursos.

    The arrival of refugees to Europe in recent times makes other histories about exile, war, prisons, or torture, visible. These histories require a rethinking of national memories, while at the same time new narratives are constructed in the field of literature. We aim to exemplify the dialogue between memories remote in time and space by means of the novel Brief in die Auberginenrepublik (2013) from the author Abbas Khider. Through the concepts of dialogisches Erinnern by Aleida Assmann and multidirectional memory by Michael Rothberg we will analyze how Khider redefines and offers alternatives to the figures of the perpetrator and the victim and their discourses
