Non è solo un’esigenza comparativa con altri stati, anche continentali, la riflessione - certamente iniziale e problematica - sul rapporto tra “Intelligenza artificiale e Processo penale” che qui si propone. L’obiettivo dell’autore è di doppia natura, proponendosi esso, per un verso, di chiarire le relazioni tra misure investigative della AI e garanzie della persona nel procedimento e, per altro verso, fatta chiara la differenza tra “raccolta” di giurisprudenza e “giustizia predittiva”, cercare di comprendere ambito ed utilità degli strumenti di AI nei momenti derisori sul fatto.

It is not just a comparative need with other states, even continental ones, the reflection - certainly initial and problematic - on the relationship between "artificial intelligence and the criminal trial" that is proposed here. The author's objective is of a dual nature, proposing itself, on the one hand, to clarify the relationships between investigative measures of the AI and guarantees of the person in the proceedings and, on the other hand, made clear the difference between "collection" of jurisprudence and "Predictive justice", trying to understand the scope and usefulness of AI tools in derisory moments over the fact.
