En este artículo analizamos el cambio de patrón en el modelo de acumulación y cómo impacta tanto en niveles empresarios y de organización de los distintos colectivos de la sociedad, en este caso puntual analizamos el impacto de la Pos Convertibilidad en el sector de las telecomunicaciones, específicamente en el ámbito de Telecom SA que es quien tiene la concesión en la Provincia de Santa Fe. Analizamos también la conducción gremial que estuvo frente al sindicato desde el 2004 a la actualidad, pensando qué estrategias y tácticas fueron implementando para abordar junto a los trabajadores las nuevas disposiciones empresariales. Revelamos en este contexto las disputas que tienen lugar en el marco de la revitalización sindical, que matices toma la misma y las intensidades que encontramos específicamente en el gremio telefónico local (Si.Tra.Tel.).

In this article we analyze the change of pattern in the accumulation model and how it impacts both the business and organizational levels of the different groups of society, in this specific case we analyze the impact of the Post Convertibility in the telecommunications sector, specifically in the field of Telecom SA, which has the concession in the Province of Santa Fe.Also, we analyze the guild leadership that was in front of the union since 2004 to the present, thinking about what strategies and tactics they were implementing to approach the workers the new business dispositions. We reveal in this context the disputes that take place in the framework of the union revitalization, which nuances take the same and the intensities that are specifically in the local telephone union.
