  En el presente artículo se presenta un estudio sobre la planificación y transformación de la ribera central rosarina. La selección de los parámetros temporales se vinculan con el proceso de cambio en la misma. El planteo de la siguiente investigación es indagar sobre tres ejes centrales: analizar los diferentes planes estratégicos y planos urbanos; visualizar los cambios en la planificación de la urbe en las sucesivas gestiones municipales socialistas analizando las continuidades y discontinuidades de los distintos planes estratégicos promovidos durante este periodo y; detectar la recuperación efectiva urbana sobre el frente ribereño de Rosario.

  In the present article, a study on the planning and transformation of the central riverside of Rosario is presented. The selection of temporary parameters is linked to the process of change in it. The approach of the following investigation is to investigate three central axes: analyze the different strategic plans and urban plans; visualize the changes in the planning of the city in the successive socialist municipal administrations analyzing the continuities and discontinuities of the different strategic plans promoted during this period and; detect the effective urban recovery on the river front of Rosario.
