Resumen de Análisis crítico de la implantación de las NIIF en Chile, un enfoque sistémico

  Los sistemas contables plantean una visión amplia de la relación con el entorno social de la contabilidad y los múltiples actores que interactúan con ella (Jarne, 1996). Este ensayo busca entregar una opinión crítica de como se ha ido modificando el rol de los actores que participan en el sistema contable chileno luego de la adopción de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF).

  Para tal efecto se han identificado a los actores, su rol y las relaciones que se desarrollan al interior del sistema, comparando la situación antes, durante y después de la implementación de dicha norma. De acuerdo a la metodología de análisis se ha determinado que todos los actores se han visto afectados por este proceso y se han generado cambios o duplicidad de roles de algunos de ellos. Este resultado responde al tipo de proceso efectuado en Chile que no significó un cambio evolutivo, sino un cambio repentino en las condiciones del sistema (Nobes, 2001).

  The accounting systems set out an ample vision of the relationship of the accounting social environment and the various actors that interact with it (Jarne, 1996). This essay pretends to deliver a critical opinion on how the role of the actors that make up the Chilean accounting system has been modified after the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). For this purpose we have identified the actors, their role and the relationships that develop inside the system, comparing the previous situations, during and after the implementation of such standard. According to the methodology of analysis we have determined that all the actors have been affected by this process and changes have been generated or duplicity of roles in some of them. This result responds to the type of process carried out in Chile which did not mean an evolutionary change, but a sudden change in the conditions of the system (Nobes, 2001).
