    El mercado alternativo bursátil es un sistema multilateral de negociación autorizado por el go-bierno. Tiene como objetivo principal brindar un sistema organizado de contratación, liquidación, compensación y registro de operaciones que se efectúen sobre acciones y otros valores institu-cionales de inversión colectiva valores e instrumentos emitidos a instituciones de reducido capi-tal.En el mercado alternativo bursátil trata de intentar encontrar empresas que vayan a multiplicar por varias veces sus ingresos en los años posteriores. Lo interesante del MAB es precisamente comprar empresas que vayan a crecer mucho cuando aún sean muy pequeñas y sus ingresos sean bajos.

    The alternative stock market is a multilateral trading system authorized by the government. Its main objective is to provide an organized system for contracting, liquidating, clearing and recording operations that are carried out on shares and other institutional values of collective investment securities and instruments issued to institutions of reduced capital.In the alternative stock market tries to find companies that will multiply their income several times in subsequent years. The interesting thing about MAB is precisely to buy companies that are going to grow a lot when they are still very small and their income is low.
