  El objetivo de la investigación es analizar los resultados de movimientos de La Corporación La Favorita en la bolsa de valores, relacionados con el incremento de valor y la estabilidad de las acciones. Determinando el riesgo y facilitando su análisis e interpretación. Analizar la información obtenida sobre el mercado bursátil en el Ecuador, identificar las entidades de control del mercado de valores, conocer la clasificación y los participantes del mercado de valores. Analizar los resultados de movimientos de La Corporación La Favorita en la bolsa de valores, relacionados con el incremento de valor y la estabilidad de las acciones.El levantamiento de datos se realizó a través de los resultados de las negociaciones y los índices presentados por Mercapital casa de valores S.A.Si una compañía decide invertir en acciones de una de las empresas que cotizan en bolsa, debe aprender a registrar y gestionar su portafolio de inversiones, la medición, el registro, la clasificación, presentación y revelación de información en los estados financieros son aspectos fundamentales a la hora de tener en cuenta este tipo de operaciones. Estudiar las características de la inversión realizada por La Corporación La Favorita reuniendo información importante que será de gran utilidad para conocer la evolución de los precios obtenidos mediante la información brindada en los gráficos, para efectuar una predicción del estado de los precios a futuro, permitiendo tomar una decisión acertada de invertir o no.Llegar a conclusiones que nos permitan comprender la importancia del aprendizaje de la materia de Análisis Bursátil, el comportamiento de los mercados financieros y de los valores que los constituyen. Conocer la importancia y el lugar que ocupa Corporación La Favorita como una de las empresas que sus acciones son estables y de alta demanda en la Bolsa de Valores de Quito y su nivel de aporte a la producción del país.
