    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo, a partir de las críticas a las tesis de Alf Ross, ofrecer una descripción realista de la formación, función y uso que se da de los conceptos dogmáticos. Se estructura en cinco apartados. El primero trata de delimitar el ámbito de los conceptos dogmáticos, distinguiéndolos de otros tipos de conceptos presentes en el lenguaje jurídico. En segundo lugar, se analiza y critica la reconstrucción de Alf Ross de los conceptos dogmáticos para, en tercer lugar, abordar cómo se formulan aquellos. La cuarta sección analiza las funciones que frecuentemente cumplen aquellos dentro de la ciencia del derecho. A continuación, se analizan los problemas que encuentra el uso y formulación de dichos conceptos. Se finaliza con unas breves conclusiones.

    The present work constitutes an attempt of reformulation, in iusrealistic terms, of the theory of the dogmatic concepts. It is structured into five sections. The first is about trying to delimit the scope of dogmatic concepts, distinguishing them from other types of concepts present in legal language. Second, we analyze and criticize the reconstruction of Alf Ross of dogmatic concepts, to thirdly address how they are formulated. The fourth section deals with the functions frequently performed by those within the science of law. It concludes with an analysis of the problems encountered in the use and formulation of these concepts.
