In the degrees of Bachelor and Master, there are subjects related to the development of so-called final project. The pedagogical model applied in these subjects is often based on projects during a semester and with a high burden of ECTS credits (12 or more). On the origins of degrees in engineering and architecture, each project was developed by a student or a group of students trying to simulate a situation of actual exercise of their profession. These subjects are atypical as have a number of peculiarities that make them special and complex, and therefore can make a virtual learning environment does not quite fit easily. This paper presents a management process to apply in these subjects and introduces and describes a Moodle 1.9 module that implements the defined process.
