    El presente artículo analiza las consecuencias del acuerdo de seguridad entre Alemania y México en la lucha contra el crimen organizado, para lo cual el texto se estructura en tres grandes partes. En una primera se estudian los objetivos y estado de las negociaciones para la suscripción del acuerdo de seguridad entre Alemania y México, en la segunda, se estudia si el acuerdo de seguridad contribuye a la creación de seguridad de seguridad en México; finalmente en la tercera parte se sostiene la tesis del que el acuerdo de seguridad ente México y Alemania, es inaceptable para esta ultima dadas las condiciones actuales en México y especialmente, la situación de derechos humanos en el país centro americano

    This article analyzes the consequences of the security agreement between Germany and Mexico in the fight against organized crime, for which the text is divided into three parts. In the first, the article analizes the objectives and status of negotiations for the signing of the security agreement between Germany and Mexico, in the second, it examines if the security agreement contributes to the creation of security in Mexico i; finally in the third part, the author defends the thesis that the agreement Mexico and German is unacceptable given the current conditions in Mexico and especially the human rights situation in the Central American country
